The Australian Dhufish, also known as Glaucosoma hebraicum, is a large, long-lived fish endemic to the waters of Western Australia, typically found at depths of 20-50 meters. It is popular among recreational and commercial fishers for its excellent taste and can grow over a meter in length and weigh more than 25 kg.
