Jamón del país
Peruvian Jamón del País, or "country ham," is a traditional dish made from pork loin that is seasoned with spices and often includes Ají Amarillo, a yellow Peruvian pepper. It is typically boiled and served in slices, often in a sandwich with a relish called Salsa Criolla.
