Wild blueberries

Wild blueberries in Quebec are highly valued for their intense flavor and high antioxidant content, containing twice as many antioxidants as cultivated blueberries. They are primarily harvested in the Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean region and are considered a significant part of the local economy and cuisine.
