Verdens beste
Verdens beste, or kvæfjordkake, is a popular Norwegian cake made of layers of soft vanilla sponge, crispy meringue, and a creamy filling of vanilla custard and whipped cream. It is often referred to as "the world's best cake" and was named Norway's national cake in 2002.
