Glebe Brethan

Glebe Brethan cheese is an artisan cheese made from unpasteurized Montbeliarde cow's milk, produced by the Tiernan family in Co Louth, Ireland. It is known for its creamy, nutty flavor and has won several awards, but production has ceased following the death of its creator, David Tiernan, in 2013.
