Kagemand
Kagemand or Kagekone is a Danish cake in the shape of a boy or a girl whose head is removed, and which is traditionally eaten at birthdays and anniversaries. The kagemand is rooted within Danish culture. It is typically a variation of the simpler brunsviger.
