Dinarski Sir

Dinarski Sir is a hard cheese made from a mix of cow and goat milk, produced in the Dinaric mountain region of southern Croatia. It has a full-flavored, grassy taste and has won multiple awards, including a Super Gold Medal at the World Cheese Awards.
