Pržene lignje
Pržene lignje, or fried calamari, is a popular dish in Mediterranean cuisine, especially in Croatia, where squid is coated in flour or a mixture of flour and breadcrumbs before being fried until crispy. It is commonly served with tartar sauce, lemon, and often accompanied by fries or other side dishes.
