Bircher Muesli - The World's Food

Time: 10 minutes prep + 2-12 hours
The original overnight oats, Swiss Bircher Muesli is fruity fresh, flavorful and super healthy.

Ingredients

3/4   cup Swiss Muesli
1/2   cup yogurt
3/4   cup milk
1/2   Tablespoon lemon juice
2   Tablespoons orange juice
1/4   banana, thinly sliced
1   handful of dried fruit such as apricots, cranberries, raisins
1   unpeeled apple, grated

Preparation

Step 1:
In a large bowl, add muesli, yogurt, milk, lemon juice, orange juice, banana, dried fruit and grated apple

Step 2:
Blend together thoroughly, cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate 2-12 hours

Step 3:
Top with nuts, seeds and fresh fruit of your choice. Get creative!
