Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread - The World's Food

Chocolate and pumpkin to start the day? You bet! This pumpkin bread will fill you with gourd vibes!

Ingredients

3   cups all-purpose flour
2   teaspoons ground cinnamon
1   teaspoon salt
1   teaspoon baking soda
4   eggs
   cups sugar
1   15-ounce can pumpkin
   cups canola oil
1   tablespoon vanilla
1   12-ounce bag chocolate chips (milk, semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips)

Preparation

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Step 2
Grease and flour two 8x4 inch loaf pans, or coat with cooking spray containing flour

Step 3
In a large bowl, combine the flour, cinnamon, salt and baking soda

Step 4
In a stand-up mixer, beat the eggs, sugar, pumpkin, oil and vanilla

Step 5
Stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients just until moistened

Step 6
Fold in chocolate chips

Step 7
Pour batter into loaf pans

Step 8
Bake for 70 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean

Step 9
Cool for 1 hour before removing from pans
