Creamy dressing made with lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, anchovy paste, garlic, Dijon mustard, Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, salt and black pepper.
Ingredients
3 small garlic cloves, minced1 1/2 teaspoons anchovy paste
2 tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano, freshly grated
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium bowl, whisk together the garlic, anchovy paste, lemon juice, Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce

Cover and store in refrigerator 3 hours to overnight so flavors combine. Allow the dressing to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before use so it's easier to mix with lettuce

Pour dressing over shredded Romaine lettuce and gently mix to coat, then top with grated Parmigiano-Reggiano and croutons
