Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F

Pour just enough enchilada sauce into a 9x13 casserole dish to coat the bottom

Divide shredded chicken, diced chiles and 2/3 of the cheese evenly between the tortillas, roll them tightly and place in casserole dish side by side
Step 4
Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the enchiladas
Step 5
Top with the remaining shredded cheeseĀ
Step 6
Bake uncovered in oven 30-40 minutes, or until enchiladas are heated all the way through, the cheese has melted, and the enchilada sauce is bubbling hot
Step 7
Serve with sour cream, avocado, tomato pico de gallo, cilantro, salsa or toppings and condiments of your choice
