Step 1
Heat oil in Dutch oven over medium high heat and add ground meat

Break meat into smaller pieces and cook until browned

Add garlic, onion, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger and sriracha and cook until onions become translucent, about 5 minutes
Step 4
Add chestnuts and green onions and cook until tender, about 5 minutes
Step 5
Add salt to taste, if desired
Step 6
Allow mixture to cool 5-10 minutes
Step 7
Add mixture to a butter lettuce with any additional desired ingredients
